Born in Brooklyn, New York in 1938, died February 1993. Since 1963, Mr. Karwoski had over 40 solo exhibitions and participated in over 500 group shows throughout the United States and Canada. His works are in many museums including Museum of Modern Art, The Whitney Museum, Newark Museum, Detroit Institute of Art, Portland Museum of Fine Art (see bio for complete list). He is listed in Who's Who in American Art, American Artists, American Art Directory, Print Directory, Who's Who in the East, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the World, and Who's Who in Society.
