ASBURY
LANES
204 4th Avenue www.asburylanes.com
The Asbury Lanes (photo above) is the latest, greatest thing to hit Asbury
Park. No doubt the best music venue in New Jersey. Punk rock, straight
up rock n' roll, garage, rockabilly and more. This place is a retro 1960's
bowling alley turned into a rock club. Although you can still bowl while
bands are playing on a stage smack dead in the middle of the lanes, play
pool, drink cheak Pabst Blue Ribbon, hang out in the lounge, eat food
at the sushi bar and dance your ass off all night long. A must stop if
you're in AP.
